Twelve Bridges is Lincoln's largest and most established master-planned community- and it's also where the biggest kitchen remodeling opportunity exists. Homes built in Twelve Bridges between 2000 and 2015 were delivered with builder-grade kitchens: functional, but not inspiring. Standard oak or maple cabinetry, laminate or basic tile countertops, closed floor plans, and builder-spec appliances that have now aged 10–25 years. These homes have excellent bones and strong market value - they simply need kitchens that match their potential. The most common Twelve Bridges kitchen remodel is a full transformation: open-concept conversion, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and updated lighting.
Sun City Lincoln Hills is one of the largest active adult communities in Northern California - and kitchen remodeling here has its own priorities. Functionality and accessibility matter as much as aesthetics. Counter height adjustments, wider aisle clearances, touchless faucets, pull-out cabinet organizers, and improved lighting are common requests alongside cosmetic updates. We design Sun City Lincoln Hills kitchens with long-term livability in mind - beautiful and practical for the way active adults actually live and cook. HOA compliance is standard on all our Sun City projects.
Catta Verdera and Verdera Village represent Lincoln's upper residential tier - custom and semi-custom homes with premium finish expectations throughout. Kitchens in these communities often feature higher ceiling heights, larger footprints, and architectural details that require a contractor who can deliver at a high level. Custom cabinetry, natural stone countertops, professional-grade appliances, and designer tile work are the standard here. We're experienced delivering at this tier without the showroom overhead of larger remodeling chains.
Lincoln Crossing attracts younger Placer County families- homeowners who want a kitchen that works for busy family life, school mornings, and weekend entertaining. Open-concept conversion, kitchen island addition, durable flooring, and practical storage are the most common requests. We design Lincoln Crossing kitchens around how families actually use the space — not just how it looks in a showroom.
Most Lincoln communities - including Twelve Bridges, Sun City Lincoln Hills, Catta Verdera, and Lincoln Crossing - have active HOAs. Interior kitchen remodeling typically does not require HOA approval since it doesn't change the home's exterior appearance. However, any project involving exterior changes - window modifications, new exterior venting - may require HOA review. We clarify HOA requirements during every Lincoln planning session so there are no surprises.
All kitchen remodeling work in Lincoln falls under Placer County Building Department jurisdiction. Any work involving electrical, plumbing, structural changes, or gas line modifications requires a permit. Condor Builders prepares and submits the complete permit package and coordinates all required inspections on your behalf.

A high thank you to Condor Builders’ crew: Paz, Tzali, Tia, Boaz, Freeman, and Aren. They showed up everyday with their exceptional skills, sunny dispositions and commitment to my house projects: reconstruction of stairs, kitchen remodel, relocation of a washing machine and dryer, also a reconfiguration of the front room. There isn’t anything that they can’t do!
A special thank you to Tzali and Paz . Their craftsmanship and attention to details turned my house into a beautiful place to live.

My husband and I purchased an older home that had undergone some recent updates, but we had a larger vision for the space. Our primary goals were new flooring throughout the home and a complete kitchen remodel.
Since we were new to the area, I began researching contractors in the Sacramento region. I also received a recommendation from a friend for a local contractor, so we ultimately obtained estimates from both Condor and a smaller local company.
When Tal Pinto arrived for our initial consultation, we walked through the house and discussed our ideas. I had a very specific vision for the kitchen, including painting all of the existing cabinetry. Rather than simply agreeing to the project, Tal took the time to evaluate the cabinets and explained that they were already extremely high quality. He told me that if they were his cabinets, he would leave them exactly as they were. That level of honesty immediately stood out to me. Instead of trying to sell us on unnecessary work, he provided thoughtful, professional advice that was genuinely in our best interest. From that moment on, I had a great feeling about Condor.
When we received our estimate, it was one of the most detailed and organized proposals I had ever seen. Every aspect of the project was clearly outlined, including labor, scope of work, and material allowances. There were no surprises and no confusion-just a transparent and professional plan.
Once we signed the contract, the process moved forward seamlessly. Tal provided recommendations for flooring and paint suppliers, but when we ultimately found a flooring company we preferred, he had no problem working with them. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate our preferences made the process even easier.
At the time of the renovation, my husband and I were still living in Southern California, which meant we could not be on-site during construction. This could have been stressful, but Condor made it incredibly easy. Tal provided regular updates, photos, and progress reports throughout the project. When Paz stepped in to oversee the job while Tal was out of town, the communication never skipped a beat. We always knew exactly what was happening and where the project stood.
As with many remodels, we encountered a few unexpected issues along the way, including cracked ceilings and a significant water leak in the master bathroom. Rather than becoming obstacles, these issues were addressed quickly and professionally. The team was proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to keeping the project moving forward.
The quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. Every detail was completed with care and craftsmanship, and the transformation of our home has been incredible. The kitchen is now my favorite room in the house, and the before-and-after photos speak for themselves.
What truly sets Condor apart is the combination of exceptional workmanship, outstanding communication, organization, and integrity. Throughout the entire process, we felt informed, respected, and confident that our home was in good hands.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Condor to anyone considering a remodel or renovation project. Finding a contractor you can trust is invaluable, and our experience with Condor was outstanding from start to finish.

Getting multiple quotes is smart – but comparing them is harder than it looks. Each kitchen remodeler scopes the project differently, includes or excludes permits, uses different material allowances, and structures pricing in ways that aren’t always transparent.
