Terms and Conditions:
- Available to homeowners located within a 50-mile radius of our office.
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability, typically within 2–7 business days.
- Estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on additional details or unforeseen site conditions.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise noted.
- The free estimate does not include design work, permit applications, or other pre-construction services unless specified in writing.
- The company reserves the right to decline or reschedule an appointment at its sole discretion if the project or location falls outside the scope of our services or logistical considerations.
Free Design Assistance
Description:
Receive professional guidance to conceptualize and plan your project. Our experts will assist with layout optimization, material selection, and aesthetic recommendations tailored to your needs and style.
Terms and Conditions:
- Includes up to two complimentary design revisions as part of the service agreement.
- Additional design revisions may incur a fee, which will be communicated upfront before proceeding.
- Any 3D design services or consultation with a designer or architect are available for an additional fee, outlined and agreed upon before commencing such services.
- Design assistance is provided only after signing a service agreement.
- The design service does not include stamped architectural or engineering plans unless specified in writing.
- The company reserves the right to decline design assistance or related services at its sole discretion if the project is outside the company’s scope of work or collaboration is deemed unfeasible. This decision will be made in compliance with applicable laws.
Material Selection And Delivery Guidance
Description:
Receive expert guidance in selecting and sourcing high-quality materials that suit your vision and budget. To simplify your project, we also coordinate the delivery of selected materials to your site.
Terms and Conditions:
- Access is provided to a curated list of trusted suppliers and showrooms for material selection.
- Assistance is provided following the initial design consultation and requires a signed service agreement.
- Up to two rounds of material selection guidance are included. Additional rounds may incur a fee, communicated in advance.
- Material sourcing services include coordination and delivery of finish materials to the project site. Delivery terms will be outlined and agreed upon in advance.
- Material sourcing does not include direct purchases on behalf of the client unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Any specialized design services, including architect or designer consultations, are subject to additional fees.
- The company reserves the right to decline or withdraw from providing material selection or delivery services at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.

Priority Scheduling
Description:
Expedited scheduling for clients, ensuring reduced wait times and faster project initiation.
Terms and Conditions:
- Available to clients who sign a contract within 7 days of receiving the estimate.
- Scheduling is subject to current workload and resource availability.
- Confirmed start dates will be provided upon signing the contract.
- We reserve the right to adjust timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring transparency and communication.
Referral Program
Description:
Rewards for clients who refer new customers, fostering trust and satisfaction within our community.
Terms and Conditions:
- Referrers earn a $100 gift card for each new client who signs a contract.
- The referred client must mention the referrer’s name during their initial consultation.
- Gift cards will be issued after the referred client’s project is fully completed.
- Referrals are valid only for contracts exceeding $15,000.
