Condor Builders recently completed an extensive condo remodeling project following significant water damage. The project involved a complete like-for-like rebuild, using high-quality materials and finishes to restore the condo to its original condition while enhancing its overall quality and durability.
Scope of Work:
- Structural Repairs: We began by removing all damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and insulation. The framing was thoroughly inspected, with any compromised sections replaced and reinforced to ensure the structure’s integrity.
- New Insulation and Drywall: After securing the framing, we installed new insulation throughout the condo to improve energy efficiency and comfort. This was followed by high-quality drywall installation, resulting in a smooth and durable finish.
- Like-for-Like Rebuild: The condo was meticulously rebuilt to match its original design and layout. While preserving the space’s character, we upgraded the materials and finishes to enhance both durability and aesthetics.
- Kitchen Remodel: The kitchen was completely rebuilt with custom cabinetry, new countertops, and modern appliances. We selected durable and stylish finishes, creating a functional and visually appealing space.
- Bathroom Renovations: The bathrooms were fully remodeled, featuring new fixtures, custom vanities, updated plumbing, and elegant tile work, transforming them into luxurious, modern spaces.
- Flooring Installation: New flooring was installed throughout the condo, chosen for both its durability and design, complementing the overall aesthetic of the renovated space.
Final Finishes: The project was completed with fresh paint, new trim, and updated lighting fixtures, giving the condo a polished and contemporary look.
