We successfully transformed a traditional garage into a modern, fully functional living space for our client in Roseville, CA. This extensive project involved several key stages to ensure the new living area met high standards of comfort and functionality.
We began by reinforcing the existing garage framing to provide the necessary support for the new living space, including adding structural support beams and enhancing the framing for durability. We then installed a new electrical system to meet the needs of a living area, including wiring for lighting, outlets, and heating.
Following the electrical work, we added high-quality insulation throughout the space to improve energy efficiency and ensure comfort. This was followed by drywall installation, which provided a clean and polished look to the room.
The client chose the vinyl flooring, wall color, and all the finish materials, allowing them to personalize the space according to their preferences. The project was completed with painting and trim work to ensure every detail was finished to a high standard.
