They were punctual and even finished the project ahead of schedule. The crew was not only skilled but also polite and friendly, and they treated my home with the utmost respect. I engaged Condor Builders to remodel the master bathroom shower, replace the three toilets in the house, and replace one window. Tal Pinto of Condor came out, gave me a bid that seemed reasonable given the times we live in, and yet explained that the pandemic had raised the price of such projects. He took notes, asked the right questions, was friendly and professional, and gave me some sense of how the project would go. He weighed in on what might be reasonable given the cost and what probably wouldn’t be worth doing. To that end, Tal offered to try sealing another window rather than replacing it, which I appreciated very much. He offered his balanced opinion on materials when I requested it, citing pros and cons, and he largely agreed with my choices. He offered me options for features, providing information and photos. If he was concerned something wouldn’t work, he’d let me know why or what to look out for. Tal waited until all materials were in, and then he began the project. The crew was excellent, also friendly and very efficient, on time every morning they were here, and they checked with me when I was available about certain decisions or how aspects of the remodel would look, which I also greatly appreciated. In short, the crew did a truly beautiful job with the shower and the window (even matching the exterior paint color more closely than I thought possible after 22 years of sun and weather had faded the house a bit). The new toilets are far more efficient than the originals, and they look good in their bathrooms. I felt I received excellent value for the money, enjoyed my relationship with Tal and crew, and they left all work areas clean and as they had found them. I recommend Condor Builders without reservation!

I’m very happy with the freestanding carport Condor built for me. I talked with four or five different builders before choosing Tal and I know I made the right choice. They are a comprehensive shop that coordinates, and actually does, everything from the design to the permitting to the finished product — which is invariably more seamless than trying to piece all that stuff together yourself. My project had several unique aspects — definitely not an average off-the-shelf build — but Tal, David, Paz, and the team helped me work through all of them with great ideas and great follow-through. Tal and his crew did an excellent job. My husband is a carpenter by trade and he started a remodel on our garage, but had a stroke and couldn’t finish. He was pretty hard headed about how he wanted things done and the guys at Condor listened and did things the way he wanted.
